คุณประโยชน์ฉนวนกันความร้อน พียูโฟม(P.U.FOAM) คือ
1. ป้องกันความร้อน – เย็น (Most efficient) เนื่องจากมีค่าการนำความร้อน (K-factor) เพียง 0.017 -0.033 W/mK ซึ่งมีค่าต่ำมากใกล้เคียงกับสุญญากาศ ทำให้ P.U. FOAM ไม่สามารถนำความร้อนจากที่หนึ่งไปยังอีกที่หนึ่งได้ดี
2. ป้องกันการรั่วซึม (Water leaking) เนื่องจากมีคุณสมบัติเป็นเซลล์ปิด มีค่าการซึมผ่านของน้ำไม่เกิน 2% จึงทำให้น้ำ, ความชื้น, ไอน้ำ ไม่สามารถซึมไปยังส่วนอื่น ๆ ได้ จึงไม่เป็นบ่อเกิดของเชื้อรา แบคทีเรีย และกลิ่นเหม็นอับ สามารพ่นใต้พื้นเพื่อกันความชื้นขึ้นมาบนพื้นได้

5. ไม่มีสารพิษเจือปน (Non-toxic Irritant) เนื่องจากเป็นฉนวนที่แข็งตัวเป็นก้อน ไม่มีกรด – ด่าง หรือตัวทำละลายอื่น ๆ จะมาเปลี่ยนสภาวะจากของแข็งเป็นของเหลวได้ จึงไม่มีสารระคายเคืองหรือสารที่ทำให้เกิดอาการแพ้อยู่ เหมือนกับใยแก้วหรือใยหินที่มีโอกาสหลุดร่วงเป็นละอองได้
6. ป้องกันนก – หนู แมลง ไม่ให้เข้ามาอยู่อาศัย (Vermin Resistant) ได้มีการปรับปรุงส่วนผสมที่ทำให้มด – หนู – แมลง ไม่ชอบ สัตว์เหล่านี้จึงไม่เข้าไปทำรังหรือทำลายฉนวนได้
7. น้ำหนักเบาและแข็งแรง (Light weight & Strength) มีน้ำหนักเบา โดยโฟมขนาด 1 เมตร เมตร 1 นิ้ว จะมีน้ำหนักเพียงไม่ถึง 1 กิโลกรัม จึงทำให้ไม่เพิ่มน้ำหนักบนตัวโครงสร้างหรือบนฐานรากได้ และยังรับน้ำหนักแรงกดได้ถึง 2.20 กิโลกรัม
